Our Founder
David Wigger, the founder and inspector for Solid Foundation Home Inspections, is located in Seymour, Tennessee. In addition to training with and providing inspections for a 10+ year veteran of the home inspection industry, David has renovated and flipped his own homes, worked with others on their renovations, and has assisted companies with handyman repairs.

Drone Inspection
We're very excited to announce that we will soon be able to offer Drone assisted inspections. This provides us the ability to obtain visual access to areas that may not be accessible otherwise in some situations, as well as visual HD images of your roof and surrounding areas.
